2. Service Description

gamingforgaming.com is an advanced fantasy sports simulation platform. Our Service relies purely on analytical skills and tactical knowledge. This is a Game of Skill. Our platform does not involve real-money gambling, sports betting, or wagering. Any virtual currency, points, or subscription access has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money or prizes.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be strictly 19 years of age or older. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We enforce strict age verification and reserve the right to ban accounts failing to provide proof.

4. Account Registration

To access the simulator, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, take responsibility for all activities under your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Virtual Items

gamingforgaming.com offers access to advanced simulation tools via monthly/annual subscriptions (e.g., Pro Simulator, Virtual Club Suite):

• Payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• In-game points or telemetry access cannot be exchanged for real money.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the physics engine.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system or leaderboards.
• Using automated systems or bots to manage rosters.
• Harassing or abusing other managers.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on gamingforgaming.com, including the match engine, graphics, layout, and text, is the property of Cosmo Fame Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account without notice or liability if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". COSMO FAME LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SIMULATION ENGINE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSMO FAME LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the rate in force when that period began. You may cancel at any time from account settings: cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the current period ends. Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and never apply to a period already paid for.

13. Fair Play and Anti-Manipulation

Leaderboards only mean something if the inputs are honest. The following invalidate scores and may suspend the account:

• Coordinating several accounts to influence a league or a leaderboard.
• Exploiting a defect in the match engine instead of reporting it.
• Automating squad selection, transfers or diagnostics.

14. Third-Party Data and Services

The simulator consumes real-world football statistics supplied by third parties, and payments are handled by external processors. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of those services, and their own terms govern the part they provide. A disruption on their side may delay the weekly data update.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Cosmo Fame Limited against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of a third party right. Nothing here limits any right you hold under mandatory consumer law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Service develops. The Last Updated date reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the manager dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a revision, you may cancel your subscription before it applies.
